Return and Refund Policy
Please read the following carefully and then send us a refund request by creating a ticket in the support section.

Refund requests must be clear and acceptable:

Before you buy, make sure you request a trial account. We’ve set up a trial account so you can test it out, and if you’re not happy, don’t buy a long-term service.
If your internet connection is slow, you will not be able to view and use our IPLIVETV services properly and then request a refund.
The large IPLIVETV team is always ready to respond 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and if for any reason you are unable to set up the IPLIVETV service on the devices you have, no refunds will be given. Refer and learn the necessary tutorials for setting up IPTV.
If you made a mistake when choosing the service and completing the payment, you can find a ticket in the support section titled “Create”, after which our support team will review it, accept it and issue the refund. Payment error: This means you wanted to purchase a 3-month service but accidentally selected and paid for a year or less.
If your account expires in 7 days, the refund request will not be accepted.
